CORES

Justice just isn’t served when justice-involved individuals get the one-size-fits-all treatment. First-timers are at risk of showing up in the system a second and third time. Some justice-involved individuals pass a point of no return due to deficiencies in healthcare, a lack of achievable life skills, or some other unmet need like transportation or housing.

CORES is our solution to break that cycle before it can begin. It’s a one-stop, fully customizable approach from Justice Assistance that provides a wraparound family of services in a single location. When the experts in our criminal justice system refer justice-involved individuals to CORES, they position them for success.  

The program creates a crucial fork in the road, pointing individuals to a future that keeps them out of the system – and sets the stage for a better, much improved life out in their communities.
