R. Kevin Horan Emerging Leader

Named for one of Justice Assistance’s founding members and former member of our Board of Directors, this award recognizes a young professional who has demonstrated an enthusiasm and ability to impact his or her community in an effective and meaningful manner. This promising leader has the potential to effect positive, longstanding change in a complex and always changing society.

The inaugural presentation of this Award took place at the 36th Annual Neil J. Houston, Jr. Memorial Awards Presentation on October 12, 2017.
